We've never offered those grips in a standard colorway option before, and we may never offer them this way in the future, but for this 2026 Production Modal release, these are the available options. You'll also be able to select from four different refill options. The tried-and-true black Pilot G2 rollerball version is back, along with the black Schmidt easyFLOW 9000 ballpoint refill; but we've added the black Monteverde Gel ballpoint refills in Extra Fine and Fine as options because so many of you asked.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Prospector Modal Special Release is the first Special Release from the most recent batch of machined Modals,\u003cbr\u003eand the first to feature customizable refill selection and a larger scale release. We wanted this Special Release to be available for longer allowing more people to be able to purchase one of our most sought after colorways. The Prospector colorway features deep blue \"bright-dip\" anodize paired with polished brass clips and buttons, bringing together the classic look inspired by the Superstition Mountain gold rush days and the surrounding flora, specifically blue sage that's present in the Arizona desert.
